The RBEW05S+C automatic machine for cable cutting, stripping and coiling is a professional system designed for processing large-section cables from 10 to 300 mm², with an integrated coiler for orderly collection of the processed cable.
It is suitable for industrial applications, wiring harness production, power cable processing, electrical panels, systems and production departments where precision, productivity and automated management of the cutting, stripping and coiling cycle are required.
The machine allows the cutting length to be set from 1 to 99999.9 mm, with tolerance lower than 0.002 × L, ensuring precise processing even on long lengths.
The system allows stripping on both sides of the cable, with stripping length on side I from 1 to 1000 mm and side II from 1 to 600 mm, making the machine suitable for multiple wiring configurations.
The 32-roller guide, with separate servo motor for each roller set, ensures stable and controlled cable feeding during processing, reducing the risk of slipping and improving the quality of the final result.
The belt feeding system helps protect the insulation and outer sheath of the cable, avoiding marks or damage during pulling.
The blade unit consists of 2 separate blades for cutting and stripping with servo motor, a solution that allows more precise processing and is also suitable for large-diameter cables.
The 10-inch touch screen panel allows simple management of working parameters, with optional customized program language, setting storage and adjustment of the main operating parameters.
The integrated coiler allows the processed cable to be automatically collected in coils with a diameter from 200 to 960 mm, improving production order and reducing manual operations at the end of the cycle.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

- The cable is inserted into the belt feeding system
- The 32-roller guide pulls the cable in a stable and controlled way
- The operator sets cutting length, stripping lengths and processing parameters from the touch screen
- The blade unit cuts the cable to the programmed size
- The separate blades strip side I and side II according to the set parameters
- The processed cable is conveyed towards the integrated coiler
- The coiler automatically collects the cable into a coil with the set diameter
- At the end of the cycle, the cable is cut, stripped and coiled in an orderly way
