Description

The RBEW-05B+ is an automatic machine for cutting and stripping single-core and multi-core cables, designed to meet the needs of industrial production where high precision, repeatability, long-term reliability and operational flexibility are required.


Operation


The machine is designed to perform fully automatic cable cutting and insulation stripping operations, both outer and inner, on multi-core cables.
The process is managed by a digital control system that coordinates high-precision motors and adjustable cutting blades, ensuring consistent results even during prolonged working cycles.


During the working cycle, the machine is able to:


  • 1) Automatically feed the cable to the programmed length.

  • 2) Perform a clean cut without crushing or deformation.

  • 3) Strip the outer insulation of the multi-core cable with controlled depth.

  • 4) Strip the internal insulation of individual conductors while preserving the copper integrity.

  • 5) Repeat the cycle automatically, maintaining high precision and uniformity on each piece.

    • The control panel allows easy setting of parameters such as cutting length, stripping lengths, blade depth, cable type and number of cycles.
