Sale of Electronic Wiring Harnesses Wholesale

Errebishop is a company that has been producing and selling wholesale electronic wiring harnesses for over twenty years.

Our activity of selling wiring harnesses for electronics includes the most used and requested models on the market, all made with top quality materials and in full compliance with safety standards, by virtue of the specific intended use.

We are highly specialised in the creation and design of customised electrical harnesses to meet all customer requirements.

In addition, we boast the production capacity of 2 entire factories, making us one of the most important points of reference for the sale of wholesale electronic cabling and accessories for safe and professional cabling.

What are electronic wiring harnesses?

Electronic harnesses are all those connector devices that allow the connection of boards, sensors and transmission modules within a hardware (i.e. all physical and material components of a computer) or within electronic circuits in general.

Without these components, most technological devices, from the simplest to the most complex, could not function optimally.

Consequently, given that today technological devices play a major role in almost all sectors and that there are many different types of device, there are many different types of electronic wiring harnesses, covering a wide range of more or less sophisticated connectors.

Having the right electronics wiring for every specific function is essential for a functioning circuit diagram.

But what exactly do we mean when we talk about electronic wiring?

Specifically, we are referring to small cables whose function is to connect specific parts within circuits: Dupont cables, twisted cables, cables with SH connectors are just some of them, each with a specific function and made of a specific material.

Each circuit therefore uses different electronic wiring to make it work: the higher the quality of these components, the better the end result.

Furthermore, using certified electronic wiring that complies with safety standards allows you to carry out safer and longer-lasting work.

How Electronic Wiring Works

Knowing how electronic wiring harnesses work is not only essential for perfect wiring inside circuits, but also for finding the cause of a fault or malfunction and buying the right replacement components.

In order to get an idea of how electronic wiring works within an electronic circuit, it is best to first clarify what is meant by an electronic circuit.

Within a device, an electronic circuit is a collection of all those elements which, through the passage of current, process and transmit signals of an electromagnetic nature. Electronic wiring ensures, where necessary, the connection of all these components, allowing the circulation of signals.

The function of electronic wiring is therefore the correct transmission of an informative signal of an electromagnetic nature from one device to another. For example: a twisted cable is ideal for transmitting a video signal without attenuation.

Electronic wiring plays a fundamental role because without it, every connection and signal transmission within a circuit would be almost impossible.

When wiring, it is important to ensure that all physical connections between components are stable and secure.

Since electronic wiring is a fairly specific component, its installation is quite precise and not always intuitive, so it is advisable to read the instructions carefully or contact a professional to use it correctly.

Areas of use of Electronic Wiring Harnesses

There are many areas of use, as already mentioned, in fact, wiring harnesses are all those elements within a device, a system or a circuit that allow the union and connection between the various components in electrical material. This is why we can find their use in various sectors.

Any equipment that uses electricity will need a power supply system and a current distribution system: this is where wiring comes in.

Whether we are talking about automotive, submersible pumps, industrial plants or buildings, there is only one principle: if it is electrical, there is cabling.

There are different types of cabling, each specific to its intended use. Depending on the area of use, they must have very precise characteristics which take into account variables such as resistance to atmospheric agents, current voltage, type of signal to be carried, etc..

In any case, here is a list of all the most common devices and installations in which wiring harnesses can be found:

    Automotive distribution systems
    computer hardware systems
    data and network connection
    audio systems
    electronic prototypes

The list can be very extensive as any electrical system needs components for distribution and transmission of signals.

Types of Electronic Wiring

It is possible to classify different types of electronic wiring: these are divided according to the type of cable, the model of plug, the nature of the signal to be carried and so on; therefore, knowing the characteristics is important.

  • Cable with SH. connector:This is a cable that has a special connector called SH at the end, which allows the connection of several boards within a circuit.

  • Dupont cable:This cable takes its name from the manufacturer and the type of connector it is fitted with. It has both male and female terminals and is suitable for use in various circumstances, such as in Arduino systems or for circuit simulations on breadboards.
  • Twisted cable:In turn, it can be found in different variants, depending on the terminal connector associated with it (dupont, JST, etc.). This copper cable is easy to recognise due to its twisted shape and is used for the transmission of particular signals between two different points within a system or circuit.

  • USB to UART cable:This is a cable that allows two devices with different sockets to be connected, as it has a USB connector at one end and a UAR connector at the other. These cables are found in Raspberry Pi systems.

  • RG-58 cable:A coaxial cable used to transfer electrical signals with powers up to a few hundred watts. Used as a standard in the military, metrology and research laboratories for transferring electrical signals between various electronic devices.

Whichever cable you use, you should always be sure that it complies with all safety standards. Using damaged or low-quality connector elements can lead to unpleasant or dangerous situations.
