The RBEW19C is a machine designed for controlled heating and shrinking of heat-shrink tubing applied to cables, electrical wiring harnesses and industrial components.
Thanks to the infrared radiation heating system, it allows uniform and precise heat shrinking, reducing the risk of deformation, burns or irregular shrinking.
The machine is particularly suitable for applications where heat-shrink tubing needs to be heated on large cables or complex wiring harnesses, ensuring effective heat distribution over the area to be processed.
The usable heating area allows processing of cables with a diameter up to 100 mm, width up to 260 mm and length up to 180 mm, making the machine suitable for various industrial applications.
The working temperature adjustable up to 260 °C allows the process to be adapted to different types of heat-shrink tubing and insulating materials.
The system is equipped with 12 heating tubes of 300 W, ensuring high power and good thermal stability during the working cycle.
