Operation is based on a bilateral heating system, which distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the heat-shrink tube. The temperature is adjustable from 1 to 260 °C with a tolerance of ±5 °C, ensuring a consistent process without the risk of cable damage. The heating power is < 4 kW, with optimized consumption thanks to digital control and continuous output regulation.

The machine can process cables with diameters between 6 and 25 mm and heat-shrink tubes up to 120 mm in length, handling a maximum transport width of 650 mm. The conveyor speed is adjustable between 1 and 3 m/min, allowing adaptation to both small-scale production and high-volume lines.

From an operational perspective, the RBEW19102 is extremely flexible: heating can be applied to a cable end, an intermediate section, or longer tubes as required. The heater height and distance from the belt can be adjusted to fit components of different sizes.
