The RBEW19D is a professional machine for heating heat-shrink tubing, designed for manufacturers operating in wiring, electrical assembly, and all sectors requiring a precise and uniform finish of heat-shrink tubes.

This model can accommodate conductors with a diameter range from 0 to 18 mm, providing a wide capability for processing medium to large cables.
The heating area is 520 × 460 mm, and the conveyor belt width is 200 mm, with a maximum material transmission width of up to 250 mm and an adjustable maximum height of up to 100 mm.
This means that the RBEW19D can handle large-sized heat-shrink tubes, allowing smooth passage for wider or thicker products.

The heating system uses infrared tubes, distributed over six branches, powered by a motor with adjustable power (25 W) for material transport, while the heating power reaches 300 W across the six tubes.
The maximum temperature exceeds 200 °C, with a control precision of ± 2 °C, ensuring that the shrink process is complete without damaging the material.

In operation, the machine offers an adjustable speed between 0.5 and 3 meters per minute, sufficient to adapt to different production volumes.
It is equipped with digital controls, a display indicating operating status and temperature, and an independent system for thermal regulation.
