Automatic machine for inserting and heat shrinking sheaths

The RBEW1920 is an automatic machine designed to manage the continuous and repeatable application of heat-shrink tubes.
Starting from heat-shrink material on a roll, the machine performs in sequence feeding, cut-to-length tube cutting and heat shrinking, with the aim of eliminating manual handling (cutting by hand, inserting, heating) and turning this phase into a faster, more stable and standardized process.

It is a particularly useful solution when you need to apply heat-shrink tubes repeatedly on cables, small wiring harnesses or components that require:

1) Consistent positioning of the tube (always in the same spot),

2) Constant cut length

3) Uniform shrinking finish

4) Reduced errors and time typical of manual work (variable lengths, off-center tubes, uneven heating).

How it works

1) Automatic feeding from the roll: the heat-shrink material is unwound and fed automatically, without having to “pre-cut” and prepare pieces by hand.

2) Automatic cut-to-length: the machine cuts the tube to the set length, keeping results more consistent.

3) Insertion/positioning on the product: the tube is positioned precisely at the defined point.

4) Heat shrinking: once positioned, the machine performs the shrinking process to achieve a regular and repeatable finish.
