The RBEW1930 is a professional machine specialized in heating heat-shrink tubing, designed to meet the production needs of industrial environments, wiring laboratories, and assembly lines where efficiency, uniformity, and high performance are required.
This model combines power, operating width, and thermal precision, making it ideal for processing heat-shrink tubes and sleeves of varying diameters, lengths, and applications.

The RBEW1930 can handle diameters between 1 and 25 mm, with a transport and heating width of less than 650 mm, also allowing the use of heat-shrink tubing up to 650 mm in length.
The temperature range reaches up to 260 °C, with an operational precision of ± 5 °C, sufficient to ensure uniform shrinking of the tubing without overheating.

The production flow is also well calibrated: the conveying speed ranges from 1 to 3 meters per minute, extendable up to 5 m/min as a customized version.
The machine has a transport height of less than 120 mm and a maximum installed power of less than 9.4 kW.
Operating noise is around 58 dB, making the working environment quieter.

Structurally, the RBEW1930 features double-sided heating, designed to distribute heat evenly across all sides of the heat-shrink tubing.
Internally, insulating or heat-diffusing materials and devices are provided to minimize losses and ensure that the tubing receives balanced thermal radiation.
