Description

The RBEW-05F+P machine is an automatic machine designed for cable cutting and stripping with high precision and continuous productivity. It is specifically developed for professional assembly lines and wiring departments that require repeatability, speed and accuracy even during long production cycles.


Thanks to its reinforced feeding system and digital control technology, the RBEW-05F+P allows processing a wide range of materials: PVC, Teflon, silicone, fiberglass and other high-performance insulation types. The roller feeding system ensures stable cable advancement, while the high-hardness steel blade unit guarantees clean and precise cuts.


Operating mode


Installation


1) Place the machine on a stable workbench.
2) Connect to the 220 V AC power supply (50-60 Hz).
3) Check proper grounding and switch on the unit via the front panel.

Material setup


1) Adjust the inlet guide according to the cable cross-section.
2) Insert the cable into the feed rollers up to the indicated point.
3) Select the cable type and stripping mode via the LCD panel.

Processing programming


Using the digital panel it is possible to set:


  • Cutting length

  • Stripping lengths (front and rear)

  • Blade cutting depth

  • Feed speed

  • Number of pieces to be produced

  • Stored programs for different cable types

    • Cycle start


    1) Start the automatic cycle.
    2) The machine cuts, strips and releases each finished piece sequentially.
    3) Check the first pieces to verify correct settings.
