Operation
1) Spool Loading
The cable spool is placed on the machine's central cylinder, within the diameter range (600 - 1200 mm). The system is designed to accommodate large and wide spools up to the specified size. The RBEW14A1 model, in particular, supports spools up to 680 mm high.
2) Start-up and Adjustments
Once started, the machine sets the base unwinding speed via the inverter/motor. The operator can adjust the cable tension and limit switches to prevent the cable from being overly tight or too loose. The counterweight or tensioning mechanisms help maintain consistent unwinding.
3) Cable Movement:
The machine pulls the cable from the spool smoothly. The motor and gear system provide controlled force, while sensors can detect speed variations or anomalies. If line demand increases, the system adjusts the unwinding speed; if it decreases, it slows down or keeps the wire on standby, preventing breakages or unwanted pulls.
4) Stop
When the reel runs out, sensors or limit switches signal the event, and the machine can automatically stop or switch to another reel. If any abnormalities occur (cable jam, overvoltage, etc.), the system automatically stops operation to prevent damage.
