The RBEW8280 is an automatic machine designed for complete cable processing, integrating cutting, stripping, terminal crimping and numbered tube insertion functions into a single operating cycle.
It is particularly suitable for companies producing electrical wiring, electrical panels, automotive wiring and industrial processing where high productivity, precision and process repeatability are required.
Thanks to its automated structure, the machine significantly reduces processing times compared to manual or semi-automatic processes, while improving the quality of the finished product and reducing the risk of operating errors.
The RBEW8280 can perform several operations in sequence, including single-end stripping, double-end stripping, cable cutting, single-end crimping, double-end crimping, double-end tube insertion, single-end tube insertion and marking.
The system is suitable for processing PVC and Teflon cables, with cable sizes from AWG 26 to AWG 14, approximately corresponding to 0.2 - 2.5 mm². The machine can also be customized according to production requirements.
The LCD display in Chinese/English allows easy management of working parameters, including cutting length, stripping length, operating mode and settings related to the numbered tube.
The roller feeding system ensures smooth cable feeding, helping maintain precision and stability throughout the entire production cycle.
The presence of detection devices, such as cable presence detection, optical fiber detection and low air pressure detection, increases process safety and helps reduce scrap and non-compliant processing.
The modular structure of the machine facilitates maintenance operations and makes access to the main processing units easier, such as cable feeding, blade unit, crimping system and tube insertion device.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

- The cable is automatically fed through the roller feeding system
