Automatic crimping machine, terminal insertion on both sides

The RBEW8345 is a fully automatic machine that integrates in a single cycle: cut-to-length, single/double-end stripping, double-side crimping and sleeve insertion on one side with end-stop positioning. It is designed for electrical harnesses that require high productivity, repeatable quality and integrated process monitoring.

Workflow

1) Cut-to-length: adjustable lengths 90 - 9,999 mm; for cables = 800 mm, the use of the outgoing conveyor belt is ????????????.

2) Stripping: single or double end, 1 - 15 mm per side.

3) Double-side crimping: crimping force 3.0 T, stroke 30 mm.

4) Sleeve insertion (on one side): the machine inserts and positions the sleeve (sheath) on one end and then completes crimping on both sides.
