Automatic double-sided terminal crimping machine and automatic heat shrink tubing insertion (0.5-10mm)

The RBEW8070-1 automatic machine for double-end crimping and heat-shrink tubing insertion is a professional system designed for automatic processing of cables from 22 to 14 AWG, with cutting, stripping, terminal crimping and heat-shrink tubing insertion.
It is suitable for industrial applications, wiring harness production, automotive, electronics, household appliances and production lines where precision, automation and consistent quality in cable preparation are required.
The machine integrates in a single cycle the functions of cable cutting, stripping, crimping on both ends, heat-shrink tube insertion and shrinking through an automatic heating device, reducing manual operations and improving repeatability of the production process.
The cutting length is programmable from 86 to 9999 mm, with cutting precision of ±0.5 mm, making the system suitable for series production and wiring with controlled lengths.
The machine allows stripping on both sides of the cable, with stripping length on side I from 0.5 to 8 mm and side II from 0.1 to 10 mm, adapting to different terminal configurations and applications.
The 2.0 T crimping force, equal to 20 kN, allows stable and controlled crimping, while the 30 or 40 mm stroke allows the use of different applicator configurations.
The system handles heat-shrink tubes with diameter from 3.00 to 6.00 mm, which are cut to fixed length, inserted onto the cable and then positioned on the terminal after crimping.
After crimping, the heat-shrink tubing is automatically pushed onto the terminal and heated in position by the automatic device, obtaining neat and uniform protection of the connection point.
The production capacity up to 2000 pieces/hour with cable length 80 - 100 mm makes the machine suitable for production departments with high volumes and continuous operation requirements.
The machine can be configured with optional laser marking or coding functions, useful for automatically printing characters on the heat-shrink tubing and improving wiring identification and traceability.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

- The cable is inserted into the machine feeding system
- The operator sets cutting length, stripping lengths, crimping parameters and heat-shrink tubing management
- The machine cuts the cable to the programmed length
- The system strips side I and side II according to the set parameters
- The heat-shrink tube is cut to fixed length and inserted onto the cable
- The terminals are crimped onto both ends of the cable
- After crimping, the heat-shrink tubing is automatically pushed onto the terminal
- The automatic heating device shrinks the tubing in position
- The finished cable exits the machine already cut, stripped, crimped and protected with heat-shrink tubing
