Automatic machine for wire cutting, stripping, and terminal crimping with intelligent control system

The RBEW21C machine automates the entire unwinding cycle:

- cutting to length
- stripping
- crimping
handling two cables in input and three crimps in the same cycle: a “combined” terminal on one end (which joins the two cables) and a dedicated terminal on each of the other two ends.

Operating flow

Programming and cable insertion:
- selection according to the cable (34 – 14 AWG)
- set stripping lengths: (side A 0–10 mm) and (side B 0–13 mm)
- set cutting length (50–9,999 mm)
- Cutting and stripping: fast feeding, cutting and stripping according to the set values
- Combined crimp: handling two cables in input and three crimps in the same cycle: a “combined” terminal on one end (joining the two cables) and a dedicated terminal on each of the other two ends.
