The RBEW2105 is an automatic benchtop machine for the complete processing of cables with crimping on both ends.
In a single cycle it performs cut-to-length, stripping, twisting (twisting) and double-end crimping, and it is designed for those who need to produce repeatable wiring harnesses with consistent quality, reducing time, errors and the variability typical of manual operations.

The main advantage is repeatability: once the program is set, the machine repeats the cycle keeping the cut/strip parameters and crimping on both sides consistent.

How it works

1) Parameter setting: from the LCD panel (available languages Chinese/English) you enter the cutting length and processing parameters. The machine also allows you to save settings under a program number, so you can quickly recall them for recurring jobs.

2) Cut-to-length: the machine cuts the cable to the set length, with declared precision control.

3) Stripping: it strips the ends, ready for the crimping phase.

4) Twisting and double-end crimping: it completes twisting and crimping in a single cycle to obtain two uniformly terminated ends.

5) Micro-computer control: micro-controlled system to maintain high accuracy in cutting/stripping/crimping.

6) Fault detection: end-of-wire detection, low air pressure and terminal issues.
