Automatic cut-to-length hot & cold cutting machine for labels, tapes and nylon materials

The RBEW1210-4 is a machine designed for cut-to-length processing of flat materials such as ribbons, belts and nylon materials, when speed, precision and above all repeatability are required for medium-to-large batches. It helps limit measurement errors and makes the result much more uniform from one piece to the next.

Its main use is in all operations where it is necessary to obtain identical pieces in length and finish, with a constant flow: preparation of ribbons and belts for assemblies, processing of velcro and adhesive bands, cutting of technical tapes, fabric or synthetic materials and, in general, items that require a clean and controlled cut.
The machine is suitable for materials up to 95 mm wide.

The key advantage of the RBEW1210-4 is the ability to work in hot/cold cutting mode, i.e., cold cutting or hot cutting depending on the material and the desired result.

1) Cold cutting is the most universal mode: it works like a traditional cutter and is ideal when a thermal edge finish is not required.

2) Hot cutting, on the other hand, is very useful on many synthetic materials because it helps achieve a cleaner edge and, in many cases, reduces fraying. In this mode the blade can reach up to 360°C, providing a more professional finish on ribbons and materials that tend to fray.

This dual mode makes the machine more versatile: you are not forced to use a single cutting technology for everything, but you can choose the solution best suited to the material and the quality required by your finished product.
