Automatic cut-to-length hot & cold cutting machine for labels, tapes and nylon materials

The RBEW1220R is a machine designed for cut-to-length processing of flat materials such as ribbons, belts and nylon materials, when speed, precision and above all repeatability are required for medium-to-large batches. It is the ideal solution to replace manual cutting, drastically reducing processing time, measurement errors and waste.

The advantage of this machine is its controlled feeding and cutting system, which allows you to set length and quantity precisely: once the parameters are configured, the machine runs the process automatically, keeping the cut quality and the uniformity of the produced pieces constant.

How it works

1) Parameter setting via touchscreen: set the cutting length (from 20 mm up to 99,999 mm) and the quantity to produce.

2) Controlled feeding: a system with stepper motor manages the feed to keep the length accurate and repeatable.

3) Material cutting: the machine performs cutting automatically; the hot/cold cutting version allows operation with a heated blade (up to 350°C) when a cleaner edge is needed on synthetic materials.

4) Intelligent process management: if the material runs out, the machine goes into autopause (it stops automatically).

5) Settings memory: before shutdown, it records parameters such as length, quantity and speed, enabling a fast restart of production.
