The RBEW12E is an automatic machine designed for cut-to-length processing of flexible materials, when precision, repeatability and a stable workflow are required.
It is particularly suitable for those working with tubes/sleeves and similar materials, where manual cutting or non-dedicated tools can easily lead to uneven lengths, scrap and higher processing times.

Operating process

1) Parameter setting: set the cutting length and working logic via PLC control.

2) Material feeding: feeding is performed by belts, a solution that helps ensure continuity and good grip on flexible materials.

3) Feed drive system: feeding is managed by a servo motor, useful to keep measurements repeatable especially with variable lengths.

4) Cut-to-length: the machine cuts automatically according to the set length.
