Automatic cutting machine with servomotor (0 - 45 mm)

The RBEW1295 is an automatic machine designed for cut-to-length processing of a wide range of industrial materials. It is the typical solution when manual cutting no longer guarantees repeatability, productivity and, above all, consistent length from one piece to the next.

This machine is designed to work flexibly with tubes and sleeves, but also with strips, tapes, thin sheets, as well as cables and even ropes: in practice, it is a department machine used when different materials run through production, but the need is always the same: fast cutting, controlled length, minimal waste.

How it works

1) Load the material: the machine is equipped with a roll stopper bar and roll fixing to keep feeding stable during the cycle.

2) Set the job on the LCD display: practical production settings such as total quantity, length calibration, reset, etc. This is useful because it makes the machine “production-ready”: not only cutting, but also organized batch management.

3) Automatic feeding + cutting: once the length is set, the system feeds and cuts by repeating the cycle with constant declared tolerance.

4) Length calibration: a dedicated program is available to correct the cutting length (useful when you change material or want to refine the real length based on material slip/flow).

5) Factory reset: button to reset parameters and restart from a clean setup.
