The UC6025-16 is a professional instrument for measuring electrical resistance in direct current (DC) on multiple channels simultaneously.
The device is designed for laboratory environments, test and production workshops, quality control, and testing of electrical components or circuits.
It supports 16 independent channels, allowing the parallel testing of 16 elements or resistive paths.
Thanks to its display and data storage functions, it is suitable for both manual use and integration into automated processes.
Operation and use
1) Connection and start-up:
- The device must be powered within the indicated voltage range (198-242 V).
- Each test channel is connected to the component or resistive path to be measured using the included test clips.
2) Resistance measurement
The tester applies a controlled DC current to the component and measures the resulting voltage drop.
Since there are 16 independent channels, it is possible to perform simultaneous measurements on multiple elements, improving efficiency and speed.
Each measurement is completed in a short time (the temperature measurement time is about 100 ms), which suggests that resistance measurements are also very fast.
3) Data storage and transfer
The device stores internally more than 100 readings.
It is possible to export up to 500 measurements to a USB drive (U-disk), allowing later analysis on a PC, archiving, or external processing.
4) Temperature use
The integrated temperature probe allows correlating the measured resistance with temperature.
This is useful because the resistance of many materials varies with temperature: the combined thermal measurement allows more precise corrections or evaluations.
The device can measure temperatures in the digital range from -10.0 °C to +99.9 °C and in analog mode up to +999.9 °C.
Technical characteristics
Display: LCD 4.3", resolution 480 × 272 RGB
Temperature measurement time: 100 ± 10 ms
