This automatic machine is designed to perform in a single cycle the operations of cutting to length, stripping, conductor twisting, crimping on one end and tinning on the other, optimizing workflow and significantly reducing manual steps. The RBEW8975 model is suitable for processing electronic wires, high-temperature wires, halogen-free wires, Teflon wires and similar materials.

Thanks to its multifunction configuration, this solution makes it possible to increase productivity, improve harness quality and standardize the production process, making it ideal for companies that require high repeatability and continuous operation. The machine integrates several processing stages in a single workstation, reducing operating errors, handling time and dependence on manual intervention.

The electronic control system with LCD touch screen display allows simple and precise management of processing parameters. The precision mechanics, with screw drive, linear guide and synchronized transmission, help maintain stable and accurate processing even during continuous cycles. The machine also supports horizontal and linear molds and is equipped with detection functions for anomalies such as missing wire, cable knotting, missing terminal and air pressure monitoring.

In terms of productivity, the RBEW8975 can reach a capacity of approximately 2000 pieces/hour at a length of 100 mm, with a wire range of 32# to 14# AWG and a cutting accuracy of ±0.1 mm (0.1 + 0.003 × L). Standard stripping length is up to 15 mm on the front side and up to 16 mm on the rear side, while the tinning depth is adjustable up to 18 mm.

The robust structure weighing 400 kg, with dimensions of 1200 × 1100 × 1580 mm, makes it suitable for industrial production departments where reliability, stability and continuous operation are required. Crimping is supported by a force of 2T, with 220V / 50Hz power supply and installed power of 3000W.
