The RBEW5010A is a semi-automatic machine for crimping insulated ferrules, designed for wiring harness lines with requirements for speed, repeatability, and process quality.
It integrates an intuitive operator interface and process controls to standardize results even on high volumes.
How it works
The operator inserts the stripped cable into the loading area and positions the insulated ferrule in the tooling.
The machine performs the controlled closing of the ferrule, monitoring the crimping position via servo-motor actuation.
