Automatic machine for cutting and stripping single-core cables (0,1 - 8 mmq)

The RBEW3010 is an automatic cable cutting and stripping machine, designed to optimize wiring harness production with requirements for high precision and great efficiency.

The machine body, robust and designed for intensive use, houses a motorized system with digital control that enables fast and accurate adjustment of the cutting length and stripping depth.

Operation

The RBEW3010 operates according to a fully automatic cycle: the cable is inserted and correctly guided through feed rollers, then the machine performs the cut at the set length and proceeds with jacket stripping (head), end stripping (tail) and, if required, a series of intermediate stripping operations programmable up to 16 points.

The digital display allows setting parameters such as total length, head length, tail length, motor speed and blade speed for optimized results.

In case of cable absence or process error, the machine stops automatically and alerts the operator, ensuring a reliable production flow.
