Low-pressure overmoulding press with rotary table (3 or 7 L)

The RBLM25T is a hot-melt moulding machine with a rotary table, designed for low-pressure moulding/overmoulding using hot-melt adhesives. It is ideal for encapsulating and protecting cables, connectors, sensors, and small components, delivering clean and repeatable overmoulding results (e.g., strain relief, insulation, protection against dust/moisture). Its key advantage is the 700 mm rotary table, which improves cycle efficiency: while one station is running, the other can be prepared, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

The integrated melting system with a 7-litre tank and multi-zone temperature control helps keep the material stable and consistent throughout production, with temperatures up to 250 °C and the ability to process materials up to 20,000 CPS viscosity. The machine supports moulds with water cooling and includes useful features such as timed automatic heating and a modular design for easier maintenance. For safety, it is equipped with two-hand control, a light curtain, overheat protection, and interlocks.
