Automatic machine for cutting and stripping single core cables
The RBEW-03B machine is a professional solution for the automatic cutting and stripping of cables from 0.10 to 10.00 mm² (equivalent to AWG 28 - AWG 8). Thanks to its fully electric design, without the need for compressed air, it ensures high productivity, precision and efficiency for industrial wiring and automated processes.
Operating modes
1) Installation: place the machine on a stable surface, select the power supply (110 V or 220 V) and plug it into a suitable outlet.
2) Material setup: select the cable section (0.1 - 8.00 mm²) and insert the cable spool into the guide.
3) Length programming: using the LCD interface, set the desired cutting length (up to 99,999 mm) and the stripping lengths for both ends.
4) Start cycle: after verifying the correct cable positioning, start the cutting/stripping cycle. The machine performs the process automatically and accurately.
