The RBEW22D+S is an automatic “double head” machine designed to perform cutting, stripping, twisting, and crimping of insulated terminals with high efficiency and consistent quality.
This model is intended for companies operating in wiring production, wire harnesses, automotive, household appliances, or electrical equipment sectors, where precision and speed are essential.

The RBEW22D+S handles cables with a cross-section of 28 – 14 AWG, offering an adjustable stripping or twisting length between 7 and 12 mm, while the cutting length can be set from 50 up to almost 10,000 mm, providing great production flexibility, even for very long pieces.
Precision is ensured with a tolerance of ±(0.5 + 0.002 × L) mm, guaranteeing accurate results even with variable cutting lengths.

Parameter configuration is managed via an interface, with the option to save operating programs, allowing quick recall of previously used settings.
The presence of dual modules enables simultaneous processing on both cable ends, increasing productivity (specifications indicate 800–900 pcs/hour for lengths under 300 mm).

It has a stroke of 30 or 40 mm (optional), uses tungsten steel blades for high-quality cuts, and features safety and automatic detection functions such as signaling in case of cable depletion, insufficient air pressure, or crimping errors.

From an operational standpoint, the RBEW22D+S requires standard industrial power supply (110–220 V) and operates in a relatively quiet environment (<70 dB(A)).
