RBLM6600 | High-performance Hot-melt Low Pressure Moulding (LPM) machine

The RBLM6600 is a hot-melt moulding / Low Pressure Moulding (LPM) system designed for mass production with a double-station configuration. It allows alternating operation on two moulding areas, increasing throughput and ensuring continuous workflow. Built for efficient shop-floor use, a single operator can manage the full cycle—ideal when you need short cycle times, repeatability and process stability.

The machine supports both vertical and horizontal mould setups, thanks to a wide and straightforward mould platform that adapts to different product geometries. The melting unit is available with 3 L or 7 L tanks (each) and uses a robust gear pump to deliver stable flow shot after shot, supporting continuous production and consistent encapsulation quality.

For thermal management, the RBLM6600 integrates an independent three-zone temperature control system (tank, hose, gun/injector) to maintain reliable parameters and prevent fluctuations that may affect appearance or performance. An optional timed automatic heating (timing) function helps pre-heat the system based on shift schedules, reducing start-up time and improving planning.

The modular structure simplifies maintenance and diagnostics, allowing faster fault identification and streamlined service. Safety is a key focus, with protections against overheating and operator errors, two-hand control, an optical safety curtain, and an emergency stop, ensuring reliable operation even in high-output environments.
