RBLM1100 | High-performance bench-top hot-melt moulding machine

The RBLM1100 is a bench-top, vertical machine designed for hot-melt moulding and low-pressure encapsulation of cables, connectors, sensors, and small components.
It features a touchscreen interface and two-hand control, designed to improve operator safety and cycle repeatability.

Thanks to the 1-litre melting system and injection via compressed air, the RBLM1100 enables clean, controlled overmoulding (for example strain relief, cable exit-point protection, sealing, and potting), reducing the risk of thermal or mechanical stress on the component.
The clamping unit with double cylinder provides higher clamping pressure, useful when working with technical moulds and geometries that require stable closing.

A key strength is the modular structure: the main components are designed to simplify troubleshooting and speed up maintenance and recovery.
The machine is also based on a standardized mould concept, which simplifies tooling development and makes set-up easier for the operator.
In production, the integrated piece counter helps monitor batches and improve quality control.
