Automatic folding and labeling machine

The RBEW7750 is an automatic machine for folding and applying labels, designed to speed up and standardize the identification of cables and lines, minimizing the typical errors of manual labeling.
Its purpose is to deliver an neat, repeatable and professional result: the label is dispensed, peeled, positioned and then folded in half directly onto the product, ensuring clear and well-centered marking.

The RBEW7750 is designed to turn this phase into a faster and more controlled process, thanks to:

1) standard positioning that helps keep the application point consistent,

2) higher labeling accuracy compared to manual work,

3) a faster cycle and more uniform visual quality of the finished product.

Operation

1) Label roll loading: the machine works with rolls up to 240 mm outer diameter, with 76 mm inner core diameter.

2) Format setting: you can use labels with 40 - 180 mm length and 5 - 45 mm width, depending on what you need to mark.

3) Product positioning: suitable for round cables, flat cables and also tubes; once the product is placed in the working position, the machine manages the application.

4) Dispensing + peel-off: the label is brought to the correct point and separated from the liner.

5) Application + folding: the label is applied and folded in half on the product to obtain a well-centered and stable marking.

6) Foot-pedal start: the operator controls the cycle with a pedal, convenient in production because it leaves hands free for positioning.
