Crimping tool for solar terminals MC3 and MC4 (2.50 - 6.00 mmq)
The RBLY-2546B is a professional crimping tool designed for precise processing of photovoltaic terminals and standard MC3, MC4 and compatible solar connectors.
It is specifically developed to crimp lugs and non-insulated terminals on solar cables with cross-sections from 2.5 to 6.00 mm² (AWG 14 - 10), ensuring a stable, safe and long-lasting electrical connection, even in harsh environmental conditions.
Thanks to its high-strength steel construction, precision ratchet mechanism and interchangeable hex crimp dies, it delivers a perfectly uniform and repeatable crimp, compliant with professional standards in the photovoltaic sector.
Operation
The B-shape crimping system provides complete and symmetrical compression of the terminal onto the conductor, ensuring maximum electrical conductivity and high mechanical strength.
The ratchet mechanism prevents premature release until the correct pressure is reached, eliminating crimping errors and improving process repeatability.
Common applications
1) Photovoltaic installations (solar panels, inverters, batteries and off-grid systems).
2) Crimping solar terminals for MC3 / MC4 and similar connectors.
3) Assembly and maintenance of residential and industrial solar systems.
4) Renewable energy systems and energy storage installations.
5) Production of solar harnesses and DC power supply lines.
