Operation and main features

Tape feeding

The tape is loaded onto a reel holder with a maximum outer diameter of 130 mm.
The machine is equipped with motorized transmission systems and optical sensors that regulate tape feeding in synchronization with the component being wrapped.

Control and synchronization

- the system detects tape end or anomalies via optical sensors, automatically stopping the process
- the tape is applied with high precision, with tolerance up to ± 0.2 mm
- adjustable tape tension prevents over-tightening or loosening
