COVID-19 NOTICE FOR SHIPMENTS

Updates on our shipments in the current situation resulting from the spread of COVID-19.

Shipping in Italy

As a result of the current situation resulting from the spread of COVID-19 in Italy, as of today, 10 April 2020, we can make shipments by express courier on the whole national territory. Due to measures to slow down the spread of COVID-19, some shipments may be delayed, especially in the following provinces::

• Bergamo
• Brescia
• Alessandria
• Torino

Domestic shipments via postal services untraceable International Postapriority, International PostaMail, etc. from today, April 16 2020, are available again. Orders shipped with postal services, including Registered mail, may be delayed.

It will always be possible to place orders by selecting "Withdrawal at our office" as the shipping method, but it will not be possible to withdraw the order until the end of the emergency.

International shipments

As a result of the current situation resulting from the spread of COVID-19 in Italy, to date, 18 March 2020, international shipments by express courier could be delayed from 1 to 5 working days.

All international shipments with Postamail, Postapriority postal services, etc. could be delayed.
